How do I log in to PaycheckCity Payroll?
To sign into PaycheckCity Payroll, go to payroll.paycheckcity.com/login. Bookmark this link in your browser so you always have it handy!
It's important that you remember the email address you used to sign up with PaycheckCity Payroll. This email will always be associated with your account.
Click the "login" button to access our password-less sign up and log in process. Enter your email address and click the login arrow. You will receive an email from PaycheckCity Payroll at the email address you entered with a verification code. Input your code into the next screen and click the arrow to access your PaycheckCity Payroll account. The verification code ensures your security, and prevents you from having to remember a password or login key for the account. There is no password required with PaycheckCity Payroll, just the verification code we send to you.
Why isn't the code working?
Once you enter your email address and click next, the code will be delivered to the primary email you used to sign up and log in. If you are not receiving this code in your inbox, be sure to check your spam and junk folders. If the code is being sent to your spam folder, mark the email as a trusted sender to ensure it will arrive in your inbox the next time you log in.
If you enter the code and receive a "Wrong email or verification code" notification, go back and send the code again. The verification code is only valid for 5 minutes.
How do I edit my account settings?
In Account Settings you can edit or change your payment information, cancel your subscription and reactivate your subscription.
To visit your Account Details, navigate to the profile icon in the top right corner. From there, click "Account Settings."
How do I change my email address?
Once you log into PaycheckCity Payroll with your email address you will be unable to change your email address used for logging in.
If you wish to change your email address for sending calculation results and reports, follow these steps:
Navigate to your "Application Settings" in the start menu from the menu bar in the upper left hand corner of the application.
Edit the email address in the "Primary email" field and "save changes". Now, any time you email a calculation or a report it will go to this new email address.
To change employee email addresses, visit the profile associated with that employee and update the "Employee Email" field with the new email address. Click save to record your change.
How do I change my password?
PaycheckCity Payroll has a "Password-less" sign up and log in process. This means that you do not have a password to log into PaycheckCity Payroll. Instead, each time you access PaycheckCity Payroll, you enter your email address. We then send you an email with a verification code that you use to access your account.
