Learn how to sign in, access your account settings and update your primary email address.

Logging in to PaycheckCity Payroll

To log in, go to payroll.paycheckcity.com/login and enter the email you used to sign up.

PaycheckCity Payroll uses a password-free login. We send a new code to your email each time you log in — no password to remember.

Troubleshooting login

  • Didn’t get the code?

    1. Click the refresh button.

    2. Check your spam folder.

    3. Check your email on your phone.

  • Code not working? Make sure you're using the latest one — it expires after 5 minutes. If needed, go back and request a new code.

  • Seeing Trial page, but already finished your trial? This means you logged in with the wrong email. Try to recall if you changed your login email or signed up with a different one. Check your invoice.


Account Settings

To access account settings, click your profile icon (top right) and choose Account Settings. From here, you can:

  • Change login email

  • See your next payment date

  • Download past invoices

  • Update payment card

  • Cancel or reactivate your subscription


Changing Your Login Email

  1. Update the Login Email field and save. Make sure you type it correctly

  2. Next time you login, use the new email

Only 1 login email is supported per account. If you need multiple users to login, use a shared email like accounting@mycompany.com.

To edit the emails paystubs are sent to, go to App Settings in the left menu.


Cancel subscription

  1. Click on the Unsubscribe tab

  2. Click the red button "Cancel my subscription"

  3. Fill out the survey and submit

Your account will be cancelled immediately and you'll lose access to run payroll. You can still view your payroll history and run reports.
