Below are some issues that could happen when you try to login:
A) I did not receive the login code email
Did you sign up with a different email? Please also check your junk mail as sometimes the codes start going there. Even if you have been receiving the code in your inbox for years, an email provider might send it to spam. To prevent this, add firstname.lastname@example.org as a contact to your email account to mark it as a trusted sender.
B) Page is not loading or redirects back to the login screen
In a hurry? Try a different browser or an incognito window, a different browser or your phone.
This may happen if you left your tab open overnight while we deployed updates to the application.
To fix the loading issue, go to the PaycheckCity page and do a hard refresh (Windows: Ctrl + F5; Mac: Command + Shift + R).
If that doesn't work, you'll need to clear your browser cache.
