Below are some issues that could happen when you try to login:

I did not receive the login code email

If you are not receiving this code in your inbox, double-check you're using the same email that you signed up with.

Next, be sure to check your spam and junk folders, even if it didn't go there before.

If the code is being sent to your spam folder, mark the email as a trusted sender to ensure it will arrive in your inbox the next time you log in.

If you still do not receive an email, try using a different browser or your mobile device. Lastly, if the email still is not going through, there might be a temporary network issue. For this case, disconnect your mobile device from your wi-fi network and then log in.

Page is not loading or redirects back to the login screen

You'll need to clear your browser cache. This could happen if you left your tab open overnight while we deployed updates to the application.
