A) Spinning wheel or blank page after login
First, refresh your browser while on the PaycheckCity page when it's spinning or not loading.
If that doesn't fix the loading issue, go back to the PaycheckCity page and do a hard refresh:
Windows: Ctrl + F5 (or hold ctrl and click the refresh button)
Mac: Command + Shift + R
The spinning wheel can happen if you left your tab open overnight while we deployed updates to the application. If a hard refresh didn't work, you'll need to clear your cache. Please follow these instructions on how to clear the cache for your browser.
In a hurry? Try an incognito window, a different browser, or your phone.
B) Won't receive email with login code
Please check your junk mail as sometimes the codes start going there.
Even if you have been receiving the code in your inbox for years, an email provider might send it to spam.
To prevent this, add results@paycheckcity.com as a contact to your email account to mark it as a trusted sender.
