If you need to make adjustments to an employee’s Form W-4 details, such as updating their filing status, dependents, or additional withholding, you can do so directly in their profile.
To update your employee’s W-4 information:
Go to Employees and select the employee whose W-4 information you need to update.
Click on "Federal Taxes" in the right-hand navigation menu.
Edit the relevant fields.
Click "Save Changes". Updates will be applied to future payroll runs.
State Taxes
For state tax adjustments, the process is similar. Go to the State Taxes tab in the employee’s profile.
Employer Taxes
Employer federal and state taxes are managed within the company’s profile.
