Once you run and approve a payroll, you will have access to all these records and checks.
How do I view and print a record/check?
After completing your payroll, you will see a dropdown and a "View" button next to it. This will open the check or record selected in a new tab, and you can download and print from there. Or click "Download" to save it straight to your files.
You can also click the "Download + Print" button on the top-right to download the payroll definition's default record/check.
How do I access a past record/check?
To access a saved record or check, click "History" in the left menu. Under history you can access your payroll history or the individual calculation history.
In Payroll History or Calculator History, select "Change dates" at the top to access the time frame of the Post Date.
Once you select the payroll you can view the record/check same as the previous screenshot.

How do I edit a saved record?
Once a payroll record has been saved, it cannot be edited. If the record is incorrect you will need to run payroll again. To ensure your year-to-date information is correct, you will need to delete the incorrect payroll.
How do I separate the records/checks into individual files?
Earning records and checks are bundled into 1 file. To separate pages, you can use a free online generator https://smallpdf.com/split-pdf or follow these steps to do it using your print dialog.
