To exempt an employee from federal taxes:

Add checkboxes next to the taxes you want exempted.

1. Go to your employee's profile
2. Go to <b>Federal Taxes</b>
3. Add checkboxes next to the taxes you want exempted.

Only new payroll runs will exempt those taxes.
