If your company has multiple locations, simply add them in the Work Locations step. You can add as many as you want!

  1. Go to edit your Company

  2. In the right nav, select "Company Locations"

  3. Click "Add company location" to open an address form. You can start typing an address and use the auto-complete dropdown or type out all the details manually.

After you update a company's work location, make sure to check the "Employer Taxes" tab for new tax properties that might have appeared.

Once you have multiple work locations, your employee's page will have a "Work Locations" tab. Here, select which location(s) the employee works in.

When you're ready to run payroll, select a location for your Payroll Definition.
