When you finish running a payroll, you can click the Email employees button to send a copy of the Payroll Earnings record to the employees in the payroll. You will be CC'd to each email sent, as a confirmation.
Not receiving the emails?
To diagnose this issue, please try the following steps:
Check your junk inbox
Go to Employees, check your employee's profiles have the Email field filled out correctly, then click Save:
Go to App Settings, check that your email is set correctly for Primary email.
βIf you're trying to send results from Calculation History, also check that "Send calculator results to" is set to "primary and employee emails"
After checking all these settings: find the payroll in Payroll History and try clicking the Email employees button again. Give it a few moments then refresh your inbox and search for "paycheckcity":
