Steps to add sick leave for an employee

Add sick leave for hourly employees in payroll

  1. Go to App Settings, and under the "Hourly Employees" section toggle the Show Sick Leave on.

  2. Click "Save Changes".

When you run your payroll, you will now have an “+ Sick leave” button under Additional Wages.

Add a default hourly rate for sick leave

  1. Go to Employees and click on employee name.

  2. Click on “Wages” from the menu on the right.

  3. Enter a rate for sick leave.

  4. Click “Save changes”.

You can follow the same instructions for overtime, doubletime, and holiday hours.
